Has: 
Short fur with a scale-like pattern. Rabbit ears. Scales along the tummy, tail and feet. Claws and raptor toes. Pointed scales going from the forehead, down the back and along the tail. The tail ends in more fluff and a rabbit like tail tip.

Wears:
Baggy hoodies, plaid skirts, glasses, flower crowns.

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?
I tried to make what they asked for, a cute grump demigirl. I definitely used the pastel theme and followed their furry-dinosaur suggestion of raptor+bunny hybrid. I tried to include every accessory they suggested.
They gender they wanted was Demigirl, which I looked up and found to mean “Someone who identifies as mostly female regardless of gender” but they didn’t specify what gender they physically were, so I tried to draw it as gender-less as I could while incorporating in the fact that they identify as female.
